Inside, a vaulted open living room with lots of light. Whole-house Sonos for music throughout the home. Chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking, with generous prep space and two Bosch dishwashers. 3,200 of indoor space in total.



The bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, with a calm, considered feel - no generic rental furniture. The home also includes remote-work spaces, making it easy to stay productive without sacrificing the feeling of being away.



Outside, the property is set up for proper summer days: heated saltwater pool, hot tub, 1,900 square feet of decking, umbrellas, lounge areas, fire pit. Swim, read, nap, soak, or stay out by the fire after dinner.

House Rules



This is our home, and we love sharing it with guests who will enjoy it and take good care of it. Nothing fussy - just normal expectations that help keep the property in good shape.



- No parties, events, or anything that turns the house into a venue.

- Only the guests included on the booking may stay overnight.

- No smoking or vaping inside the house.

- Please use the pool, hot tub, fire pits, grill, and outdoor spaces responsibly. No glass in or around the pool or hot tub.

- Children must be supervised around the pool, hot tub, fire pits, and stairs.

- Please do not move indoor furniture outside.

- Please be mindful of the septic system

- No pets

- Please report any damage or issues right away. Things happen - we would much rather know early.

- Please lock up when leaving the house and turn off outdoor fire features when not in use.



Most of this comes down to common sense: enjoy the house, swim, cook, relax, have long dinners outside, watch movies, use the space fully - just please treat it like a real home, not a party rental.
