TPC Prestancia Golf Course and access to the 20-mile Legacy Trail are both located within four miles of the home. A pair of adult-size bicycles are also included for use during your stay.

Great location! The layout was great, nice screened in porch in the back to hang out. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. The water pressure was great and the host was very responsive to our needs.

I was in town for work and Let me tell you I felt like I was truly home very comfortable and beautiful neighbors peaceful neighborhood Very nice place to relax after work I would have stayed longer but they had another reservation already so I had to checkout but it’s a really noce place Thank You

Location, Location, Location! PERFECT!

I have never been to the Sarasota area and was looking for a place to stay that had all the amenities of home, was affordably priced, clean, and had the perfect location to explore the Sarasota area and this was it! 10 minutes from Siesta Key, 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota, about 20 minutes to Lido Key, and 50 minutes to Ana Maria Island. Gulf Gate has a quaint center with great dining options, great work out options, and a Publix to stock up the fridge. We plan on renting Gulf Gate Getaway again!

Would not recommend for other rentals.

Very little info upon arrival. Lousy TV system also with no information for use. TV would go blank periodically making the system useless. Patio was not clean and patio furniture was also dirty. Would not recommend to any other tenants for rental.
