Apartment Kata Premium is located in the picturesque town of Vrsar, located between Poreč and Rovinj. Various cafes, shops and restaurants are only a few meters away from the apartment. This modern apartment house was built in 2020, in the immediate vicinity of the Vrsar marina, but despite that in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery. The historic old town is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the promenade by the sea. Entrance to Marina Vrsar and private parking are included in the price.


Apartment for 2 persons and 1 child, with total living area of 47 m2, is located at the 1st floor of the building . It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa bed for one child. The living room opens onto a terrace with a view of the marina and the promenade. One bedroom with a double bed also has access to its own terrace. The bathroom with shower/toilet is located in the corridor.
