Living near the city park

The Accommodation: This light-filled, centrally located apartment is situated in the heart of Graz, in the St. Leonhard district, right next to the University of Music and Performing Arts, on the 3rd floor of a historic building, and offers 55 m² of living space. <br><br>The historic city centre (Cathedral, Main Square) and Karl-Franzens University are both a 5-minute walk away. Shops, a pharmacy, and public transport are all within a 3-minute walk.<br><br>Amenities: You can reach the apartment via a panoramic lift. It is high-quality and modernly equipped, featuring an entryway, a living area with a kitchen that includes all kitchen appliances and everything you need for cooking (dishes, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, etc.). You can eat at a table with 4 chairs and, if needed, 1 high chair. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed, a travel cot (available upon request), and a workspace (Wi-Fi available). The bathroom features a shower, as well as a washer-dryer combo and a hair dryer. <br>The rental price includes bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels. A parking space for one car (no vans or very large SUVs) can be reserved based on availability.<br>In addition, a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per night per person is payable. Children under 15 are exempt from the tourist tax. You will then receive the keys to the apartment, which you can use exclusively.
