Gute Lage, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Internet war super schnell. Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Nicht für 4 Personen geeignet

Die Schlafcouch ist dermassen unbequem, dass man nicht gut darauf schlafen kann. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, das war einigeraßen ok. Der Preis war für zwei Übernachtungen sehr hoch, da die Wäschepakete sehr teuer sind. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, stimmt nicht, die Wohnung ist zu klein für das Geld, was wir bezahlt haben.

Abreisebedingungen

Es hat uns sehr verwindert, dass wir Betten abziehen und das Ganze auch noch fegen bzw. saugen sowie Müll entsorgen und Geschirr abwaschen mussten. Die beiden letztgenannten Punkte sind für uns selbstverständlich, aber erstgenannte beiden Punkte gehören für uns definitiv zur Endreinigung, die wir ja auch bezahlt haben.

Ich kann der Eigentümerin nur empfehlen die Bilder Mal zu aktualisieren denn die Wohnung sieht viel moderner aus als auf den foto.der Fernseher ist z.b mittlerweile flach und keine Röhre mehr 😁 die Wohnung war sauber die Küche in Ordnung,die Betten müssen als Paar zusammengeschoben werden. große Terrasse ist sehr schön WLAN Empfang geht so gut wie gar nicht. Es hätte günstiger sein können aber das muss man wohl der Corona Zeit zuschreiben.

Ausstattung und Lage

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok, mehr jedoch nicht. Leider gab es keinerlei Lappen und Reinigungsmittel, um z.B. mal übers Waschbecken im Bad zu wischen. Es gab mindestens 2 Bodenwischer, jedoch fehlten die dazugehörigen Lappen. Das macht dann wenig Sinn, bei 12 Tagen Aufenthalt würde man vielleicht mal über den Boden in der Küche wischen wollen. Zu dem Sonnnenschirm gab es leider keinen Ständer, es war dann eine etwas wackelige Angelegenheit mit dem Terassentisch, war aber noch erträglich. Gefallen hat uns, dass es von außen einen Zugang zur Terasse gab, da konnte man problemlos die Fahrräder parken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist natürlich sehr gut und zentral, wenige Meter vom Inselbahnhof, und nur wenige Schritte zum nächsten Bäcker sind toll, und zu den Restaurants sind es auch nur wenige Minuten, ebenso zum Strand. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis geht noch, bei der Ausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben.

Alles wie beschrieben

Unsere Ferienwohnung war zufälligerweise auch noch die am besten gelegene im Haus. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet - Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer - alles top. Die Terasse bot viel Platz.

Eine ziemlich verdreckte Bude!

Gegen die Wohnung an sich ist nichts zu sagen. Ausreichend Platz, ruhig und zentral gelegen. Leider ist es total dreckig. Auf der Terrasse Vogelkacke, die Terrassenmöbel vollkommen versifft, im Schlafzimmer Schimmel am Fenster, ein muffiger Geruch, der auch durch Dauerlüften nicht weichen will und die Fensterrahmen starren vor Schutz und Moos Entspannen kann man sich hier nicht

FeWo Nr.1, Haus "Key West"

An und für sich eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung, aber leider etwas zu hellhörig. Ansonsten guter Zustand der Wohnung, mit diversen elektrischen in der Küchenzeile. Freizeitangebote gab es genug, für die Kinder besonders das Erlebnisbad und das Kinderhaus. Das Cafe' Pudding war unser persöhnlicher Favorit, das Restaurant "Der Pirat" ist aus meiner Sicht nicht so gut, da es nach unserer Bestellung eine sehr lange Wartezeit gab,bis das Essen serviert wurde, da wir anscheinend vergessen wurden. Vllt war die Bedienung überfordert. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder
