Nordkap - Ferienhof Kestermann

The Nordkap holiday rental, with its maritime charm, is located on the ground floor of the thatched-roof house and is ideal for 4 people. It features a living room with a sofa, TV, and dining area; a kitchen with an oven and refrigerator; and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200) and two single beds (90x200).
The holiday rental includes a private terrace with seating and a parasol.
A gas grill and the sunbathing lawn with lounge chairs are available to all guests.
A washing machine in the outbuilding is available for a fee.



The Kestermann holiday farm on Usedom is located in the heart of the village of Neppermin on the Achterwasser. The farm has been lovingly designed with attention to detail for the guests of the holiday apartment and the farm café. The property features four apartments in the thatched-roof, half-timbered house. Right next door, the farm café—housed in the former barn—invites guests to enjoy homemade cakes and delicious meals. All apartments are equipped with their own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The two holiday apartments on the ground floor each accommodate 4 people and feature their own terrace. The holiday apartments on the upper floor accommodate 2 or 4 people and have a large seating area in the garden under the walnut tree where guests can relax.

All guests are welcome to share the garden and the grill.
NEW starting in May 2026: A sports area for our guests. Fun for all ages, featuring a goal wall, a professional dartboard, table tennis, and a bocce court. To catch your breath, there’s a seating area under shady chestnut trees.
In the romantic setting of the three-sided courtyard, amidst the lush greenery of the garden, bread is baked once a week in a traditional stone oven. Watching and participating are expressly encouraged and offer a welcome change of pace from swimming, hiking, biking, and golfing in and around the Achterwasser on the

Tolle Wohnung zum abschalten

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, eine kleine aber feine, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, ausgestattet mit den nötigen Alltagsgegenständen und als Bonus mit einem ruhigen kleinen Garten samt Terrasse und Liege zum entspannten lesen. Die liebevollen Gastgeber wohnen direkt neben an und sind für Fragen oder einen kleinen Plausch immer erreichbar. Ein Auto sollte man hier schon haben, da es ein kleines Dorf ist und man anders schwierig weg kommt, aber dank zur Wohnung gehörendem Parkplatz, ist das abstellen schon mal kein Problem. Definitiv eine Empfehlung für jeden, der Urlaub auf Usedom machen möchte, aber nicht direkt im Gewusel der touristischen Hochburg sein möchte.

Sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet im historischen Gebäude. Freundliche Gastgeber, die auch alle Zusatzwünsche gerne erfüllten. Vielen Dank, es war eine schöne Zeit in herrlicher Umgebung
