About this property

To the fantastic view

I recently renovated this apartment in an older building with great care, and it offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view from its south-facing balcony. I’m sure you’ll love my home as much as I do.
Hikes and bike rides can start right at your doorstep, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus stop is only about 200 metres away.
For bad weather, there’s a large TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi.
The Accommodation
The apartment features beautiful oak plank flooring, which is very close to my heart.
The radiators have a programmable thermostat but can also be adjusted manually.
Guest Access
There is space for skis, bicycles, and a car if needed, with a charging station available for a fee.
Additional Important Information
The municipality of Grainau charges a visitor’s tax of EUR 3.50 per day for adults and EUR 1.50 per day for children. In exchange, you’ll receive the GrainauCard, which offers many discounts. Unfortunately, this is not included in the price and must be paid on site.

Family visit

It was great. Just what we needed. It is convenient to the ski mountain and the village. Hosts were most helpful, orienting us to the apartment. Beautiful deck with an amazing view of the mountain. Kitchen was very useful for our stay. We were able to buy grocery’s at the local Aldi and Lidl. Finally, we got a tip to attend a local winter festival which was an excellent adventure.
