Enjoy a carefree holiday in your charming 4-room holiday home with approximately 70 m² of living space spread over two levels—a wonderful retreat for up to 5 people.

Look forward to two cosy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed for restful nights and one with twin beds—ideal for children, friends, or other travellers. The lovingly designed living and sleeping area, featuring a comfortable sofa set, invites you to relax, read, or enjoy a TV night together. At the separate dining area, you can laugh, play, and enjoy each other’s company.

In the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, you can prepare your favourite meals in complete comfort—almost like at home, but with that holiday feeling. A shower room with a toilet on the ground floor and another bathroom with a seated shower on the upper floor provide additional comfort and convenient flexibility.

On the terrace, you can start your day with a cup of coffee in the fresh air or wind it down comfortably with a glass of wine. Satellite TV is also available for your entertainment.

For our younger guests, a travel cot and a high chair are, of course, provided. We’ve also taken your car into consideration—an outdoor parking space is, of course, included.

• Our 4-room holiday homes are specially tailored to the needs of families and small groups. With 70 to 80 m² of space, we offer a well-thought-out layout that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

• Family-friendly: A travel cot and a high chair are standard amenities—at no extra charge. Need more? We’d be happy to arrange additional equipment for you for a small fee.

• Excellent connectivity: Even in this idyllic setting, you don’t have to do without high-speed internet. All homes feature a fast fiber-optic connection (Wi-Fi).


The location of our resort is the perfect starting point for relaxation and exploration:



• The idyllic fishing harbour is just a few minutes’ walk away. Watch the traditional shrimp boats come and go and enjoy the maritime charm of Ley Bay.

• The Koppke Swimming Pool is right around the corner. Whether you’re swimming, enjoying the sauna, or indulging in a soothing therapeutic treatment—your relaxation is the focus here.

• Stroll through the alleys of the historic town centre, treat yourself to tea and cake at one of the traditional tea rooms, or visit the famous twin mills

While you enjoy the fresh North Sea air, the kids can play to their heart’s content at the large playground right next to the guesthouse or at the Lükko Lighthouse Children’s House.
