Escape to the mountains of West Virginia and unwind — a secluded, rustic converted barn perfect for families and friends looking to relax and reconnect. This spacious retreat offers plenty of entertainment and outdoor fun, from pool and shuffleboard inside to yard games and a cozy fire pit outside.



Spend your days grilling on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, or taking in the beautiful mountain views. Kids will love the collection of board games, while outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy nearby hiking trails and biking along scenic Route 48. Evenings are best spent around the fire pit making s’mores under the stars.



The space

This two-level home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and offers plenty of room to spread out.

Love the outdoors? Lost River State Park (distance from house - 15 mins) Nearly 4,000 acres of dense forest and miles of hiking trails. Depending on recent rains, the river can be clear and slow moving or a little faster. It's great for a scenic stroll along the riverbanks or putting some water shoes on and dipping your toes in. It's a flourishing trout river and is great for fly-fishing.



Looking for good restaurants & shopping? Both Wardensville and Lost River are two small towns just a short drive from The Barn, and both have fantastic cafes, restaurants, and art shops.
