Ob am Telefon oder vor Ort im Büro, alle waren sehr nett, freundlich und kundenorientiert. Das gilt ebenso für die Damen vom Reinigungsdienst. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Buchung problemlos, Abwicklung und Service kompetent und sehr freundlich. Das war alles so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben und es sein soll. Dafür gibt es die volle Punktzahl. Wir mögen das Appartment 12 in der Boysenstraße 7. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Wenn wir wieder auf Sylt sind, werden wir es wieder buchen. Es hat alles was wir brauchen, ist schön hell und besitzt einen schönen Balkon. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Einen Punkt der Kritik gibt es allerdings: Der Ventilator im Bad sollte dringend/umgehend repariert oder ausgetauscht werden, damit Gerüche bereits während der Toilettengänge direkt abgesaugt werden und sich nicht in den Wohnräumen verteilen. Ansonsten muß umständlich gelüftet werden. Bei Regen und Wind ist das alles andere als optimal.

Sehr freundlich Wir lieben das Appartement, die zentrale Lage und der große Balkon. Leider waren die Putzfeen dieses Mal nicht so fleißig, in den Ecken lag viel Staub und auch tote Insekten. Schön wären auch mehr als eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und zumindest ein Spülmaschinentabs. Bad und Küche top. Kleiderschrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer verschwunden, sehr ungünstig… Sofa und Sessel könnte man auch mal tauschen. Lage, Balkon usw

Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch die Notfallnummer hat funktioniert. Sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Da Bad und Küche neu renoviert sind, sind diese natürlich super. Die Couch ist sehr unbequem und auch das Schlafzimmer könnte etwas moderner eingerichtet werden. Auch wäre es gut, die Matratzen auszutauschen. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön, hell und toll gelegen. Dass die Wohnung sehr hell ist und die Lage.

In dem kleinen Schlafzimmer fehlt eine Kommode oder ein kleiner Schrank, zum Unterbringen der Kleidung. Die Balkontür bräuchte einen Haken zum Feststellen, eine kleine Öse ist in der Tür vorhanden Super eingerichtet, besonders die moderne Küche ist komplett durchdacht und hat alles an elektrischen Geräten, Geschirr usw. was man braucht. Die Lage mit dem tollen Balkon und die moderne Küche sowie das nagelneue Bad.

In der Beschreibung fehlt, dass die Garage eine Duplex Garage ist, welche nicht von allen Autotypen genutzt werden kann. Dies war bei uns der Fall, daher konnten wir sie leider nicht nutzen, mussten im öffentlichen Parkraum stehen und täglich Parkgebühren zahlen. Das war leider ärgerlich. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man benötigt. Perfekte Lage, tolle Ausstattung und ein wunderbarer Balkon. Die Wohnung können wir absolut weiterempfehlen!
