Es war alles so, wie in der Anzeige ausgeschrieben

Das Objekt ist, so wie es ist, völlig in Ordnung. Super Ausstattung mit SpĂŒl und Waschmaschine sowie Kondenstrockner. Die Treppe zu den SchlafrĂ€umen ist etwas gewagt und fĂŒr Ă€ltere, gehbehinderte Menschen nicht geeignet. Sie ist aber in der Anzeige deutlich zu sehen. Die Lage, direkt am Meer ist top.

Entspannen in Nieuwvliet

Wir hatten ein paar sehr erholsame Tage in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und in gut 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Auf dem Weg liegt eine gut sortierte BĂ€ckerei (bis 13 Uhr geöffnet) und die nĂ€chste Strandbar ist auch nicht weit. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Nett und gemĂŒtlich

Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine sehr angenehme Zeit in dieser gemĂŒtlichen Wohnung verbracht. Alles was man fĂŒr eine kurze Auszeit von ein paar Tagen benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den EigentĂŒmern im Vorfeld war tadellos. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Super gemĂŒtliches Haus in FußnĂ€he zum Meer

Haus ist grĂ¶ĂŸer als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Super ist die Kammer hinter der KĂŒchenzeile als Stauraum. Die Schlafzimmer oben lassen nicht soviel Platz, aber in Ordnung. Sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet der Wohnbereich. Das Bad und separate WC sind recht neu und geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist super ruhig, wir waren im Winter da, der Spielplatz vor dem GrundstĂŒck könnte im Sommer natĂŒrlich stark frequentiert werden. Zum Strand sind es knappe fĂŒnf Minuten, genial.

Le Paradis !

Nous avons l'habitude de louer un des 3 appartements appartenant aux mĂȘmes propriĂ©taires et si nous y revenons, c'est juste parce que non seulement l'endroit est sublime, au calme, Ă  2 pas de la mer; l'appartement est magnifique et les propriĂ©taires d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse ! Sluis, non loin de Nieuwvlit est une ville magnifique et trĂšs accueillante. Bravo et merci pour ce magnifique sĂ©jour. Nous n'avons jamais Ă©tĂ© déçus. Es war wie immer sehr angenehm und erholsam: die Wohnung war sauber und bestens ausgestattet, alles wie beschrieben, die FormalitĂ€ten einfach. Selbst BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher die bestellt waren und nicht vor Ort bei der Ankunft, wurden innerhalb kĂŒrzester Zeit und außerordentlich freundlich sofort beschafft. Die Lage ist unbezahlbar vor allem mit Kind und mit Hunden. Das wussten wir aber da wir schon das dritte Mal dieses Objekt gemietet haben. Einzig im Bad merkt man allmĂ€hlich, dass Badezimmermöbel und die Dusch-Abdichtungen in die Jahre kommen: dort könnte man vllt. daran denken zu erneuern. Der Garten gepflegt und der Baumbestand wunderbar! Immer wieder gerne!!!

Traumhafter Urlaub in tollem Haus

Wir waren mit unseren Kinder (13 +10) und Hund in dem schönen Haus und werden sicher noch mal wiederkommen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist komplett eingezĂ€unt, was mit Hund super war. Der Spielplatz und die Wiese gegenĂŒber war fĂŒr unsere Kinder nicht mehr so spannend, aber der Blick ins GrĂŒne ist herrlich und es ist so weitlĂ€ufig, dass es ĂŒberhaupt nicht laut oder störend war. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, im Haus ist ein Bollerwagen und am Strand gibt es eine Kabine. Einfach fantastisch!

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Umgebung!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. KĂŒchenutensilien sind vollstĂ€ndig - Alles da! (sogar Pizzaroller)... Bad und Toilette sind neu gemacht. Schöner kleiner Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wieder kommen!

Super Unterkunft fĂŒr Familie mit Kindern und Hunden

Die Lage ist super: direkt am Spielplatz /Park gelegen, sodass Kinder (unser Kind 8 Jahre) eigenstĂ€ndig dort spielen und laufen kann und man hat sie trotzdem noch im Auge. Der Garten ist immer teilweise beschattet durch ein paar Birken was fĂŒr uns auch sehr angenehm war. Zum spazieren als auch an den Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten und das StrandhĂ€uschen ist unbezahlbar. Die Ausstattung ist ist auch super, zwar klein aber fein und alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Brötchen zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck sind auch auf der Anlage erhĂ€ltlich sodass man nirgends hin fahren muss um ein tolles FrĂŒhstĂŒck zu bekommen. Alles weitere wie Lidl, Metzgereien, supermĂ€rkte sind im Umkreis gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder đŸ‘đŸ»đŸ˜Š

wilde een fotoreportage v an strandvormen maken en had ik wilde een foto reportage maken van zand-water vormen Dus had ik een ruimte een maand een ruimte nodig. Deze stond ter beschikking. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage ist optimal, sehr nah zum Strand und BĂ€cker um die Ecke. Die Feriensiedlung St. Pierre ist großzĂŒgig angelegt mit viel GrĂŒn und schön eingewachsenen GĂ€rten. Der Wohnraum ist sehr schön und praktisch angelegt. Der Schlafbereich ist eng aber fĂŒr einen Urlaub durchaus okay. Einzig die Treppe ist doch sehr steil, eng und gefĂ€hrlich. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Strandkabine ist super. Von außen ist das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber insgesamt doch eine tolle Ferienwohnung.
