This place is charming and well thought out. Parents, please know that there is an amazing park and two awesome playgrounds within 4 blocks. Super walkable to down.

Charles, having two playgrounds and a park within a few blocks is the kind of detail that genuinely changes a stay for families. The walkable neighbourhood sells itself once you arrive.

Pros: location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, You can tell somebody spent time and money to make this a nice little Haven for a road traveler. Nice appliances, washing machine, fridge, Keurig, stove (though I didn't use it). King size bed upstairs was very comfortable And the air . conditioning unit kept it niceCons: disappointed that there was no patio furniture as shown on the app, instead, the downstairs common area was accommodating that patio furniture. Some regular furniture and a TV downstairs would be a great addition. Also, the downstairs lighting should be fitted with a dimmer switch like the upstairs is. When you come downstairs at night to use the restroom, you're blinded by stadium lighting. Fold-out couch upstairs is also terrible and uncomfortable, very lumpy and not even anywhere, the second night my guest ended up just leaving it in couch form to sleep on it because the mattress was so bad the night before. Overall, the privacy and amenities were definitely better than staying in a motel room. I would stay at this place again.
