Modern finca in a calm place near Es Trenc with garden and pool

Modernly furnished and quietly located finca, just a few minutes' drive from the sandy beach of Es Trenc.

First floor
On the first floor of this beautiful finca is the modern kitchen and the dining room with a tasteful wooden table and 8 comfortable wicker chairs, which flows into the living room area with TV, as well as a guest toilet.

Upper floor
A staircase leads to the first floor, where the four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located. They are all equipped with heating, air conditioning and double beds (three 180cm x 200cm, the fourth 160cm x 200cm). All four bedrooms lead onto the same terrace with views of the pool and the green surroundings.

Outdoor area:
From the kitchen as well as from the dining and living room area, glazed sliding doors lead out to the covered pool terrace and the garden area. There are comfortable sun loungers and 4 fixed parasols by the pool.

Pool:
12 m x 6 m, depth: max. 200 cm, stair access, sun loungers, parasols, cleaning with chlorine.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Arrivals and departures only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of any gaps. The minimum stay is 7 nights in high season and 5 nights in low season. For bookings under the minimum stay a surcharge will be charged.

Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).

Cleaning:
Final cleaning included, intermediate cleaning included for stays of 10 days or more. Bed linen and towel change by arrangement.
