Welcome to Ohana House, a family beach house in Oceanside Village at Surfside Beach. Perfect for families who want beach access, pools, kid-friendly amenities, and a less crowded Surfside Beach stay while still being close to Myrtle Beach attractions.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and multiple sleeping areas. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a full bed and half bath. The third bedroom has a bunk bed plus extra sleeping space (rollaway bed). There is also a full hall bathroom, outdoor shower, full kitchen, dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa.

The best part is the location. Ohana House is only two streets from the ocean, with private community beach access about a 2-minute walk away. Spend the morning at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then head to the pools, hot tub, splash pad, playground, & sports courts. All of these community amenities are included in your stay!

This is not a luxury hotel or a staged rental. It is our family beach house, and we share it with guests who want a comfortable, practical place to stay close to the beach. You’ll have the entire home, community amenities, free parking, Wi-Fi, self check-in, and plenty of space to settle in.

Please note: the primary guest must be 21 or older. No parties, events, or smoking are allowed. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Guests should bring beach towels and extra supplies beyond the starter items provided. Limo golf cart available for an additional fee.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check sink , make sure dishes are CLEAN and put away. Please make sure any spills are cleaned up.
Strip beds and leave dirty linens on beds. Put all dirty towels in a pile in front of the washer
Clean range, oven, fridge and microwave ONLY IF you had food spills
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are a family who loves Surfside Beach and the memories made here. We bought Ohana House when we started foster care, because we wanted a place where every child in our home had a chance to experience a beach vacation. Over five years, 28 children came through our home, and we later adopted three children from foster care.

We named it Ohana House because family has always meant more to us than who shares your last name. This home has held 10 years of beach trips, pool days, sandy feet, golf cart rides, and late nights with our kids. We are happy to share it with other families looking for a relaxed, comfortable beach getaway.

Why they chose this property

We chose Oceanside Village because it felt safe, family-friendly, and easy. It gave our family space to enjoy the beach without feeling overwhelmed. We love the private beach access, the pools, the splash pad, the playground, and the laid-back community feel.

The neighborhood has always felt like the right mix of fun and calm. Kids have places to play, adults have places to relax, and the beach is close enough to make quick trips back and forth simple. It has been the perfect place for our family to make memories year after year.

What makes this property unique

Ohana House is a real family beach house with a meaningful story. It is not a cold, staged rental. It is the home our family bought so we could take foster children and our own children on beach vacations, and it has been part of our family for 10 years.
