Laundry room with washing machine and lock; Room with 3 environments, TV room, living room and dining room for 8 people. Both with air conditioning. 2 car garage and garage for visitors in the outside area of the condominium. Condominium very well located in paved street, with only 10 houses, 600 meters from the beach. Condominium with 24 hour security, electronic gate. Adult and children's pool, game room and beach service with tents and chairs.
