Laundry room with washing machine and lock; Room with 3 environments, TV room, living room and dining room for 8 people. Both with air conditioning. 2 car garage and garage for visitors in the outside area of the condominium. Condominium very well located in paved street, with only 10 houses, 600 meters from the beach. Condominium with 24 hour security, electronic gate. Adult and children's pool, game room and beach service with tents and chairs.

Wonderful property and lovely hosts

The house was absolutely lovely. Well appointed and incredibly clean. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house even came with a helper 3 days a week to clean, prepare laundry and set breakfast. We look forward to returning.

Ótimo condomínio!

A casa é muito boa, completamente equipada, o zelador Wellington muito prestativo e os vizinhos são muito atenciosos, ótimo astral. O serviço de praia facilita muito as coisas, a caminhada até a praia é bem tranquila. O Delfim sempre retorna muito rapidamente as mensagens, resolvendo qualquer questão. Não demos sorte de estar ali justamente nesse carnaval dos deslizamentos no Litoral Norte, vimos muita destruição em volta, uma tristeza. Graças a Deus nada ocorreu no condomínio ou na casa em si. Antecipamos nossa volta, mas, tendo oportunidade, pretendemos voltar em momento mais propício.

Excelente estadia, O Sr Delfim é muito atencioso e prestativo o imóvel é excelente não falta nada, churrasqueira excepcional, serviço de praia nem se fala a tenda que fica montada na praia com as cadeiras é maravilhoso, com certeza voltaremos em breve.

Só tenho elogios à casa de Delfim e Claudia! Tudo estava super limpo, havia todos os itens necessários para a estadia e ainda fizeram uma decoração de Natal linda! Sentimos realmente como se fosse nossa casa! Os proprietários foram solícitos e de uma gentileza ímpar. Deixaram até um presente de Natal para minha filha e vinho para os adultos. Fizemos questão de manter tudo limpo e organizado para podermos voltar mais vezes! O condomínio é tranquilo e seguro, ótimo para quem quer estar com a família e descansar. Detalhe: tem ar condicionado em praticamente todos os ambientes da casa. Enfim, tivemos uma maravilhosa hospedagem na casa do Delfim e da Claudia, voltaremos com certeza!

O imóvel é ótimo, tudo limpo, aconchegante, seguro, condomínio bem localizado e silencioso. A tenda na praia, inclusa no aluguel da casa, favorece muito.O proprietário muito atencioso. O caseiro também muito solicíto. Adoramos nossa estadia e pretendemos voltar.
