Apartment 2 in the Seeblick building is a modern, lovingly furnished maisonette-style apartment featuring a sunny terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake, two separate sleeping areas on the upper level, and a bright living area with an open kitchenette. It measures approximately 42 square metres. Enjoy an unmistakable lake view—right when you wake up! The comfortable living area, featuring a couch, coffee table, armchair, floor lamp, a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV, and a bookshelf, offers you a cosy place to unwind after eventful days on the Mönchgut Peninsula. From here, you can step out onto the sunny, furnished terrace (facing south) with a parasol and a unique lake view. Adjacent to this is an open and fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, induction cooktop, and microwave, as well as a dining area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the lower level is the bright, natural-light bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a sink area with a mirror. For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel cot (without bedding but with a mattress) are available. Your four-legged friend is also a welcome guest and can have its own sleeping area for a fee. A bicycle storage area is available free of charge for you and all guests of the house to share. Your parking space is located just under 100 m from the house and is included in your stay. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



The beautiful Haus Seeblick is located on the Mönchgut Peninsula in the small but tranquil village of Alt Reddevitz. Haus Seeblick features 9 different holiday apartments, each designed to accommodate 2 to 6 people. Some of the apartments have a balcony or terrace, and some offer a beautiful, unique view of the lake. Located directly on the picturesque Greifswald Bodden, this is the perfect holiday home for solo travellers, families, and couples. For active holidaymakers, an extensive network of hiking and biking trails stretches through the immediate vicinity of Mariendorf and Middelhagen. The well-known Baltic Sea resorts of Göhren, Baabe, Sellin, and Binz are easily accessible by bike or car in just a few minutes.
