Enjoy the morning sun from your balcony.<br><br>You’re welcome to prepare your breakfast in the shared kitchen on the ground floor (refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishes provided). A cosy lounge with seating is located in the basement. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy your breakfast on your own balcony. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for all guests for a fee. Free of charge for you in our garden: You’ll find a Kneipp pool and plunge pool, a barefoot path, and a clothed sauna for four people with an outdoor shower (sauna open year-round, outdoor shower only in summer). Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Free parking is available right next to the house. Bicycles can be parked behind the house.<br><br>It’s about a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. You’ll find restaurants and shops either in the Schönau centre “Unterstein” or in the town of Berchtesgaden.
