Welcome to our holiday rental! Here you’ll find a cosy and fully equipped place to stay where you’ll feel right at home. The apartment is spotlessly clean and offers a perfect location for hikes, which are just a 2-minute walk away. A bus stop, shopping, and restaurants are also nearby. Located at the Belgium-Netherlands-Germany tri-border area, you’ll have ideal opportunities for day trips in the region, such as to Maastricht, Aachen, Cologne, Brussels, and Liège. <br>A little further away but easily accessible by train are the Belgian cities of Leuven, Bruges, and Ostend. Our region also offers a wide variety of cultural attractions and sporting events. In July, for example, there are concerts by Andre Rieu in Maastricht (45 minutes away), the CHIO Aachen (20 minutes away), and Formula 1 races at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit (40 minutes away). So all of these are within easy reach of our beautiful holiday apartment here in the border triangle.

Schöne Wohnung, super nette Vermieter. Mit der Ferienwohnung hat man einen super Ausgangspunkt um das Dreiländereck zu erkunden. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt.

Excellente localisation

Un havre de paix pas loin de la frontière avec l'Allemagne. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement pour passer un bon séjour. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei unseren sehr netten Gastgebern Nicole und Robert . Alles war perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber . Die überdachte Terrasse , mit den sehr bequemen Sesseln und den Blick in den wunderschönen Garten ist traumhaft. Optimal um sich wohl zufühlen .
