The 3 room apartment 60 m2 is just new renovated and part of a 5 apartment house. The flat is made to use for couples or small family with max. 2 kids. We offer one room with a queen size bed and a room divided to a wooden sliding door with a bed sofa for one adult ore two kids. The house is placed in Grindelwald on the sunny hillside and offers a perfect panorama view. Next to the Eiger North face and to the Wetterhorn. Vis-à-vis the Mänlichen and the Kleine Scheidegg. There is a bus station direct in front of the house.
The construction is made in high standard and encloses massif parquet, decorative wooden and stone structural elements. There is a sleeping room with queen size bed 160cm and an additional davenport in the second room which can be separated with sliding doors. Bathroom with bath tube/shower wash. With beautiful terrace 14 m2, laundry on the ground floor and garage for one car in house.
This apartment with natural materials gives a comfortable and cozy ambience and convenient for two persons.

Fantastic stay for us at this apartment. Couldn't get a better view of the mountains than this. 5 stars!The distance from Grindlewald terminal is 7 min bus ride. Remember buses run on a schedule with last bus at 6.44pm.Franz and Diane are great hosts! Thank You!

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is a washing machine on the ground floor that takes 1/2 franc coins. It is easy to use if you read the provided instructions. A drying rack is provided in the apartment.The area of town is quiet and peaceful, yet the town center is just a few minutes away by bus. The guest pass combined with the Jungfrau pass covers the mountain bus fares. Checking in and out was easy, and communication with the host was clear and timely. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely apartment which is in the perfect location for seeing Jungfrau region. We had the Jungfrau travel pass and along with the guest pass that you get from the rental, we didn't need to pay for any transport. The bus stop was a 4 minute walk down the road and the buses took you directly down to Grindelwald. The service was very reliable. We didn't use our car for the duration of our trip. The views were amazing from the ever changing Eiger, the entertaining cows over the road who called the farmer at feed or milking time and the nesting sparrows of the house roofs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Amazing stay in Grindelwald

We enjoyed a wonderful week stay at an amazing chalet apartment with spectacular views of Eiger and Grindelwald area. It was very comfortable and clean with modern appliances and decor. We loved the location on the bus route, being a bit removed from the crowds of Grindelwald center. We would definitely love to stay here in the future.

Great location!

No complaints about the apartment! Very clean and great location. We struggled with the stove and oven as we are from the USA, but with a few YouTube videos we figured it out! We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely property with everything you need. The living space is large, and the outside deck has a spectacular view. The kitchen is well equipped with items available to prepare any type of meal. Overall impression is fantastic. The balcony view was amazing, the kitchen supplies were way beyond expected and we really appreciated the extra spices, oils and all the kitchen pots and pans. The extra added surprises like orange juice and cookies were greatly appreciated. Local bus transportation was very close, convenient and always on time. Very nice to have use of Netflix was an added bonus. I would recommend this place 100% to future renters. A big thank you to our hosts.

This excellent apartment overlooks the Eiger and the valley. Wake up to cow bells from the pastures below. The location is convenience with a bus stop just a few minutes away—close enough to Grindelwald, but far enough for some peace and quiet. (The buses start early, but also ends early.) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook nice meals after a busy day. The place was perfect for two of us. Note: stairs to top floor. Laundry available on bottom floor with 1/2 franc coins.

Beautiful, spacious apartment and the view from apartment is absolutely spectacular!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It has everything we needed and the owner is very attractive. The property is little away from village center but there are free bus services and the bus stop near by. We'll come back again!

Wonderful apartment with incredible views

We loved staying in this apartment. It is beautifully appointed with a well-equipped kitchen and everything you need for a pleasant stay. What isn't mentioned in the description is the incredible view of the Eiger and surrounding mountains from the balcony. Diane is responsive and ensured a successful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment with well equipped kitchen and fantastic views. I would have preferred a bigger bedroom, which felt cramped. The lounge area can be divided to provide an extra bedroom, but I think the property would benefit by making it fully two bedrooms (my opinion) and others may differ. But being elderly a more comfortable master bedroom would have suited us.

Perfect in every way!

The location of this Vrbo is enough to want to stay there. My wife and I loved our day excursions to the whole region but this cute apt was just a fun to come back to each evening. The unit is very updated and has a perfect view of the mountains and of all of Grindelwald. You will not be disappointed at all!

Perfect apartment in a perfect surrounding

It was absolutely perfect. The apartment had everything we needed and was a very good place to come home to after a beautiful day in nature. It overlooked the valley and the mountains. Franz and Diane were also easy to reach and were very helpful. It was definitely an amazing stay.
