Then, in the heart of the Vogelsberg district, right on the Nidda Reservoir and just a short distance from the health resort of Schotten, you’ll find our modern, air-conditioned tiny holiday home—approximately 35 m²—with an additional 35 m² terrace on a 700 m² fenced-in lot.



This new 2023 holiday home offers free Wi-Fi and free parking, a large, partially covered terrace with seating and lounging areas, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV with Magenta TV, Netflix, RTL+, and Disney+, and a separate bathroom with towels and a hair dryer. Two large side awnings, each 3 m wide, provide even more privacy on the terrace.



You’re located in a beautiful recreational area, just a few steps from the trailhead of the Nidda Reservoir loop trail. With our Hoherodskopf adventure mountain and its trails, this is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists, water sports enthusiasts, and skiers. In addition, there is a golf course and a glider airfield in the immediate vicinity.



We highly recommend a visit to our outdoor pool, the bird park, the summer toboggan run, the climbing forest, or our Vulkaneum. In winter, you can enjoy both cross-country and downhill skiing. Schotten offers a variety of options for dining and relaxation, including Italian restaurants, cafés, an ice cream parlour, a wine bar, fine dining, and our popular tavern, all within walking distance.
