Kleineres Haus mit grossem Grundstück

Pros: Die Sauna, hundefreundlich.. Cons: Das Schlafzimmer war nicht abgetrennt zum Wohn/Esszimmer - eigentlich kein Problem (haben wir bei den Bildern eventuell nicht richtig hingeschaut)

Das umsorgende Bemühen der Vermieter führt zu etwas vielen Handlungen

Pros: Haus in Einzellage ohne unmittelbare Nachbarn Gut geeignet für Hundespaziergänge unmittelbar von der FeWo Luftige Lage, Garten mit teils großen Bäumen, Schatten und Atmosphäre angenehm Cons: Praktisch keine Aussicht Teils deutlich bis störende Geräuschkulisse der einige hundert Meter entfernt verlaufenden Landstraße, bin in diesem Punkt aber verwöhnt und anspruchsvoll Das Objekt ist von der Grundbausubstanz etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bei angemessener Nutzung ist das kein Nachteil
