The loft has a private, secure entrance and is located on the second floor with stair access only (no elevator). Minutes from restaurants, breweries, shopping, and the Mississippi River.

Please place all trash in or near provided trash cans. All trash will be taken to the dumpster from cleaning team after check out.
The door to the unit will automatically close behind you, so no need to lock any doors upon leaving. Please return key to the lock box located on the Champagne Loft door.

We loved the place and location. The host was very helpful and responded right away when I needed a question answered about parking. We highly recommend this rental. Will definitely use in the future.
