This 1800 square foot 3-bedroom lower level apartment is perfect for your escape to Dayton. Inside, guests find a welcoming space featuring one king bed, one full bed, and four twin beds and a sleeper sofa. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub/shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The living room includes a sofa bed, providing extra sleeping options for friends or family. With heating and air conditioning, the apartment stays comfortable year-round. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this terrific spot invites you to relax and enjoy every moment.
