A very quiet, newly renovated, cosy holiday apartment in Erlabrunn, a village known for its wine and clematis, near Würzburg. The apartment is located on the lower level. With 55 square metres of living space, you’re sure to have an unforgettable holiday. The bedroom features two single beds—which can be pushed together upon request—and a large closet. The dining and living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a complete set of dishes. The living area features a large couch—which can be used as a sleeper couch—and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Free parking is available directly in front of the holiday rental. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out should be by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). Payment is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer no later than check-in. A 50% deposit is due upon booking.
