Holiday Rental No. 1 in Building 1 of the Weiße Villen is a 3-room ground-floor holiday rental that accommodates up to 4 people (3 adults + 1 child).

Your modernly furnished holiday rental is approximately 69 m² in size. It features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace. Vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom is tiled. The beach is approximately 200 metres away.

Large windows in the living room create a spacious living environment. In addition to standard amenities, such as a cosy couch, a flat-screen TV is, of course, provided. Magenta TV, Netflix, and RTL+ are available to you free of charge. You can also use the Bluetooth speaker and a smart speaker provided. A selection of board games and books ensures plenty of entertainment. From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing, furnished terrace with a beach chair.

The kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, has everything you need to prepare meals. This includes a ceramic cooktop with 4 burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You’ll also find a second TV here.

The second bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200). An additional sleeping space (pull-out bed) for a child can also be set up here. You can store your clothes in a wardrobe as well. Wall cabinets provide additional storage space.

The modern bathroom is tiled and equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.
The infrared sauna is available to you free of charge.

Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth throughout the entire apartment. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge. You can also use the washing machine located in the apartment. This holiday rental is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. One free outdoor parking space (No. 1) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike shed.

As a service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom for two people upon arrival at the Weiße Villen.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Additional bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

By combining two apartments (via a connecting door), you can even create a 6-room holiday apartment for up to 7 people. Pets are not allowed. As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds waiting for you in the bedroom at the Weiße Villen. All apartments feature Wi-Fi and a terrace or balcony.
