We can’t say enough positive things about our experience. The house is spacious and clean. There is plenty of room for a family. From the welcoming local bottle of wine and chocolates to the fresh flowers. The house is well equipped for anything you might need. It is a short drive to the local shops and a stroll on the beach of Lake Erie. It is also located away from the hustle and bustle if you just to sit on the front porch with a glass of wine and enjoy the quiet.
This property is very nice and clean. We stayed the weekend of the Woollybear Festival and the host advised us about this before arrival in case we didn’t know. Jamie was very communicative and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like about this property is that it is pretty close to railroad tracks and the trains run with the horn throughout the night. I would imagine other properties in Vermillion have the same challenge, though. The property is close to the festival for those looking for a convenient place to stay.
