A cool extra living room offers an extra twin bed, poker table and a foosball table perfect for family fun after a long day in the sun. Each queen room has its very own private shower. Bunk room has a bathroom in the hallway right outside the bedroom door. The main living room and kitchen are wide open for gathering. The backyard is a vacation destination all on its own. Featuring three spacious decks with incredible water views, Enjoy endless outdoor fun with our private pool, restroom and race down the massive waterslide or simply relax while watching the boats go by. Whether your looking for adventures, relaxation or a little of both, this waterfront getaway offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

- Please leave beds unmade; we will strip them. - Please dispose of all extra food and drinks (including items in the refrigerator) - Load and start dishwasher - Set thermostat to 75 degrees (cool)

-64 degrees (Heat) for cooler temperatures. - Move any indoor, patio, or pool furniture back to original location and pickup any trash outdoor from your stay. - Lock front door

- If lake towels were used please wash and start dryer. As these tend to take so long to dry. - If you used the grill, please make sure the grill is cleaned or it will impose a $50 fee.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We absolutely love the lake. We chose this area because the waterfront is amazing. Everything is redone outside for my five kids to enjoy.
