The basement holiday apartment is located on our quiet property in the Baltic Sea resort town of Trassenheide. Not only does the peaceful setting of our holiday apartment—nestled near the forest and far from street noise—offer pure relaxation, but so does its cosy atmosphere.
On our fenced-in property, surrounded by trees, you’re welcome to use a party hut with a grill and freestanding lounge chairs for some quiet relaxation.
For our younger guests, there’s a playhouse with toys and a swing. A handcart is also available for your use.
You can park your car on our property for free. parken.Im The rental price already includes utilities for electricity, water, heating, trash collection, and final cleaning.
We provide all bed linens. Please bring your own towels.
The fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only a 5-minute bike ride away and about a 15-minute walk.
Your bikes are stored under a covered area on our property, and we also have an e-bike charging station.
In town, there is a Netto supermarket with a bakery, as well as a post office branch, a Scheunenbäckerei bakery, the spa administration office, small restaurants, a doctor’s office, and a physiotherapy practice—all within a 5-minute walk.
For cultural activities during your holiday, the following attractions are nearby:

You’ll stay in our 80 cm² cosy, well-furnished holiday rental with a fitness and sauna area. The sauna can be used once a week free of charge. The apartment has a separate entrance, as well as a bedroom, a large living room with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and a stereo system. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a shower and toilet. The apartment sleeps 4.
A cot, including a high chair and a handcart, is available for use.
The Baltic Sea and the beach are about a 15-minute walk away. By bike, you can reach the beach in 6–8 minutes.
The Nettomarkt supermarket, bakery, post office, doctor’s office, and restaurant are all within a 5-minute walk.
