Condo with screen lanai & water view, Located in Gated Community. Near MN Twins *spring training* and aprox 17 mins to the beach. You will also have access to the community amenities which include: the Club house, Fitness center, Community pool, and Hot Tub. The home's screened lanai has a lovely water/pond view. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs in addition to 2 baths upstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has it's own Private Bath, the Primary bedroom has *two* walk in closets & the secondary has it's own walk in closet as well. This property is located near Six Mile Cypress and Colonial. Pets are not allowed. Seasonal rental lease required for winter/spring. Includes internet and basic Xfinity tv.
