Built in 2023, this peaceful and private studio is delightful with an abundance of windows, a full kitchen with full-size appliances, a ¾ bath (no tub), W/D &A/C. Enjoy coffee at a high-top table looking at the water or a meal at a dining table. A double sofa bed offers a 2nd bed. Cable TV & high speed wifi is included. Relax on a detached outdoor deck in the east yard while watching the colors of the sunset and local deer. This private unit is over the garage, w/a private side entrance.

We love traveling and love hosting guests! This space is newly built and designed to make anyone extremely comfortable.

Why they chose this property

The deer will likely greet you when you arrive! Water can be seen from he breakfast table in the apartment as well as the outdoor deck area. The territorial views are lovely. The proximity to the beach down the hill is very convenient.

What makes this property unique

New apartment - built in 2023. Peaceful location with lovely views of water and trees. Central location on the Island makes this the perfect location.
