This vacation home is located behind the owner's house. The garden is separate, so you have complete privacy. This is ideal for a vacation with your pet. The vacation home has a modern kitchen with a filter coffee machine and a combi microwave. The bathroom is located on the first floor, as well as a shower and washbasin and toilet. The two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, here is a passage between the two bedrooms.



Egmond aan Zee is a well-known seaside resort on the North Sea. Here you will find many cozy restaurants and beach pavilions. Besides sun, sea and beach, this place offers much more. Visit Egmond Abbey, 5 km away, and take a walk through the historic village of Egmond aan den Hoef. In this village you can admire the castle ruins, the castle chapel and typical farmhouses. You can also visit the cheese market in Alkmaar, 10 km away, or the capital Amsterdam, 50 km away.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr sehr gut, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, zum nächsten Supermarkt und in die City. Die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr schnell. Es gibt zwar 4 Schlafplätze, allerdings für Familien mit zwei Kindern, die im Teenager Alter sind schon etwas beengt und die Ausstattung des Hauses dürfte auch mal überholt werden.

Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom lebendigen Dorfkern (5min Gehzeit) und vom Strand 10 min Gehzeit entfernt. Sie liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung und ist wie oft in Holland als Reihenhaus mit einem winzigen Innenhof gebaut. Sie hat 2 Stockwerke - unten kleines Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Küche und Dusche mit Toilette. Das Waschbecken befindet sich im oberen Stockwerk im Elternschlafzimmer (was ins nicht gestört hat) das durch eine etwas steile Treppe zu erreichen ist (für uns war das kein Problem) oben haben Max 4 Menschen Platz. Wobei wir froh waren nur zu zweit zu sein. Für 2 Personen optimal!!!Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und reicht für den Urlaub vollkommen aus.Die Einrichtung ist schön, allerdings hat die Couch doch schon einige Flecken, was wir mit einer Überwurfdecke verdeckt hatten. Da wäre eine neue und bequemere Coach aus unser Sicht sinnvoll. Auf den Matrazen im Elternschlafzimmer haben wir gut geschlafen.Für uns war die Wohnung für 1 Woche Urlaub sehr gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war per WhatsApp sehr gut und sehr freundlich!! Wir sind froh hier gebucht zu haben.Rainer und Ruth 17.08.2025

Schönes Häuschen in guter Lage.Die Küchenausstattung könnte um Suppenteller und Salatschüssel ergänzt werden.Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass eines der Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum zweiten Schlafzimmer ist.

Schöne Unterkunft in Strand und Stadtnähe

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und am Strand. Die nächst größeren Städte Alkmaar und Amsterdam sind sehr schnell mit dem PKW erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Egmond ist super, aber....

Egmond hat alles was man braucht und einen tollen Strand. Vom Haus war ich sehr enttäuscht. Für 4 Personen zu klein, einfache Einrichtung, Besteck und Kochutensilien zu alt und verrostet. Gesamt ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, plus Dachfenster, ließ sich ganz schwer öffnen. Für den preis etwas besseres erwartet.

Egmont Aufenthalt 27.09. - 01.10.24

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in Egmont verbracht, eine einladende Stadt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, nur wenige hundert Meter in die Stadt oder zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden diese Wohnung auch nochmal buchen. Wenn man etwas bemerken möchte, wäre es die steile Treppe - vielleicht nicht für jedermann geeignet - aber hier wurde auch schon mit einem neuen Handlauf der Problematik entgegen gewirkt.
