Feel the beach vibes from this Old Florida house - renovated with everything you need for a Forgotten Coast retreat. Located on the water! This 3bd/1ba house has 2 Queen rooms + 1 Twin with a twin trundle mattress. It also has a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy relaxing out back while enjoying the beautiful view. There’s a beach within walking distance, a boat ramp around the corner, bike trails, and great oysters down the road at several seafood restaurants. Share our family’s slice of paradise!

This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida. We will provide you with contact info to call after hours if a need arises. You will receive your check-in instructions with the door code 24-hours before your reservation begins. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

This Panacea neighborhood is just two streets from Mashes Sands Beach. Friendly neighbors can be seen on golf carts heading to and from boat docks and beaches. Great area for fishing, boating, biking or just beaching! Within walking distance to Mashes Sands Beach - and about 10 minutes away from Alligator Point Beach.

We absolutely loved the location of this home. All the neighbors were super friendly. We brought our dog and she had dog bowls and a mat for us to use. The beds were SUPER comfy. We will be back!
