This cosy holiday rental, No. 3 "Welle," with a terrace, is located in Villa Klarsinni I at the rear of the building on the ground floor and measures approximately 58 square metres. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>It can accommodate up to 5 people, and your dog is also welcome. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring double beds. All bedrooms in Villa Klarsinni I are equipped with blackout pleated blinds.<br><br>One of the bedrooms adjoins the living area and also features a high-quality wooden cot (60 x 120 cm). <br>The second bedroom is located two steps up, on the same level as the bathroom and kitchen, and also has a TV. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping space. <br><br>The fully equipped, semi-open kitchen connects to the living area via two steps.<br><br>A private terrace in front of the living room is perfect for enjoying wonderful summer evenings. Please note that the staircase to the upper apartment leads off the terrace.<br><br>The garden also features a lovely barbecue area and a sauna house for shared use.<br><br>A bike rack is located behind the house. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in a separate laundry room. <br><br>There is a freestanding bike rack for your bicycle. Dedicated parking spaces are available for each apartment in front of the building.
