Welcome to the beautiful Apartment 1 “Möwe”!<br>The apartment is located on the ground floor of the front building of Villa Klarsinni I, has its own terrace, and measures approximately 65 m². It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Your dog is also welcome! <br><br>There’s plenty of space for 4 people—two cosy bedrooms with box-spring beds and closets, a beautiful bathroom with a (rain) shower, and a modern kitchenette await you. A wooden cot (60 x 120 cm) is available in one of the bedrooms.<br><br>All bedrooms in Villa Klarsinni I are equipped with blackout pleated blinds.<br><br>The bright living room, featuring a sitting area and dining space, opens onto a private terrace that borders the garden and is a popular spot to relax in the evenings. The garden also features a large, shared barbecue area.<br><br>A highlight of Villa Klarsinni I is the beautiful sauna, which is available for shared use.<br><br>Behind the house is a bike rack. A reserved parking space is available for your car at the property.<br><br><br>Facilities:<br><br> Villa Klarsinni I, with its four holiday apartments—“Möwe,” “Welle,” “Strandkorb,” and “Düne”—is located on a quiet side street between the marina and the pier in Grömitz. <br><br>The promenade and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. <br><br>In addition to the apartments’ terraces, our guests also have access to a lawn, the shared barbecue area, and the sauna. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in a separate laundry room. <br><br>There is a freestanding bike rack for your bicycle. Dedicated parking spaces are available for each apartment in front of the building.
