❗Please note: Required Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (charged separately after booking).

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

- $450 refundable security deposit, or

- $29/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $150 per stay)

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



The $29/night Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.



🪪 Guest Verification

To comply with property requirements, guests may be asked to complete a verification process before arrival.

This may include:

• Government-issued photo ID

• Contact information confirmation

• Guest verification portal

• Background screening (when required)

Information collected is used only for screening purposes.

A signed rental agreement is required before check-in.

Verification must be completed within:

• 24 hours after booking

• Within 1 hour for same-day reservations

Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe.

🏢 Property Information

Community amenities—including the pools, gym, spa, and outdoor spaces—are managed by the homeowners association.

Availability may occasionally change because of maintenance, repairs, or operational decisions beyond our control.

Building maintenance personnel may occasionally require access to the apartment to complete essential work. These visits are coordinated by building management. Declining scheduled access may result in a $100 rescheduling charge.

Please note that while every apartment is furnished to the same quality standard, minor differences in furniture, décor, artwork, or layout may exist compared with listing photos.
