The Artist’s Retreat! Pets stay FREE! Dive into your own private heated pool (Oct–Apr, 85°)! This stylish 3BR/2BA home is filled with rare portrait art, has a super open layout, Smart TVs in every room, and a totally private, lush backyard. Minutes from Tempe’s top dining & nightlife. Total vibe.

Very quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to freeways and restaurants.

Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.

Pets stay without additional fees.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.
-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from October to April at no additional charge. If outdoor drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may be lower than 85 degrees.

Absolutely loved this place! Excellent design elements in a clean, cozy, comfortable environment. The neighborhood felt safe and private with shopping, dining, and entertainment right around the block. I would definately recommend for a quick trip or extended stay!

Spring Training Getaway

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was well kept, clean and cute. The pool was heated and made for a relaxing evening. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We came with my parents and my 6month old baby and we all fit very well. It was nice to have bedrooms on opposite sides of the house as well. Overall great experience and we would most definitely stay here again!

This home was our first VRBO rental and we were pleasantly impressed with everything that was advertised and delivered! In fact, better than anticipated. Great location! Quiet neighborhood! Close to restaurants and stores and John, the agent went above and beyond to make our stay what we hoped it would be! The pool was awesome and the home was fully supplied. Attached garage was another plus. We are on a 3 week driving vacation and this was the only place booked ahead of time! Hope we can find something just like this down the road!! Would love the opportunity to come back again. This is a 12 in a 1-10 rating.

Adorable house.

We came for family time with our son who is attending ASU. He misses our home cooked meals. We were grateful Wholefoods market was close by and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was an added plus, loved going out for night swims. Perfect house for our family of 4. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect family spring break location!

This rental could not have been better! The location is so convenient, grocery stores and restaurants all very close with plenty of activities nearby for kids as well. The house also had everything you could need and the pool was fantastic! Easy communication with the host, very clean, and finished nicely. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend enough!
