Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

* Gather used towels. Placed used towels on the shower or bathtub floor. * Gather trash from the kitchen & bathrooms. Put garbage bags & recycling in bins outside in trash and recycling containers.

* Turn all lights and fans to off. Keep A/C set to 72 in the Summer and Heat set to 69 in Winter. * Return Keys. Please lock the doors and return the key to the lock box unless otherwise instructed.

* Please leave soiled linens on the beds used. If a bed was unused please leave it made. * If you have moved furniture please return it to its original location and tidy beach area.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
