Welcome to Suncerre, a thoughtfully renovated 2 BR/ 2.5 BA cottage in the gated community of Carillon Beach. Set approximately 100 steps from both the beach access and the nearest community pool, Suncerre places some of Carillon’s best moments just outside your door.

Designed for couples, friends, and small families, the cottage offers two private bedroom suites, comfortable gathering spaces, and three inviting outdoor areas. It is a relaxed and carefully considered retreat for guests who appreciate beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details, and time spent together.

The Space:

Suncerre is an approximately 988-square-foot cottage with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and room for up to six guests.

Downstairs, the living room provides a comfortable place to gather after a day at the beach, with a sectional sofa, two chairs, and a Roku television. The full-size sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space when needed.

The adjoining kitchen is equipped for leisurely breakfasts, shared dinners, and everything in between. It includes a Smeg coffee maker and toaster, full-size appliances, cookware, serveware, a dishwasher, and a dining table for six.

Upstairs are two private bedroom suites:

• The primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, 55-inch Roku TV, vanity, lighted makeup mirror, sound machine, portable fan, and luggage racks.

• The guest suite includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, 55-inch Roku TV, lighted makeup mirror, sound machine, portable fan, and luggage racks.

A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates up to two additional guests. A powder room and washer and dryer are located downstairs.

Step Outside:

Suncerre has three outdoor spaces, each with its own rhythm.

Begin the morning on the front porch. Retreat to the upstairs porch as the afternoon softens. In the evening, gather beneath the pergola, where Adirondack chairs and string lights create an inviting place for conversation long after the sun has gone down.

An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after the beach, and a gas grill is available for relaxed meals at home.

Beach and Community Amenities:

The entrance to Carillon’s three-quarter-mile private beach is approximately 100 steps from the cottage. The closest of Carillon’s three community pools is also approximately 100 steps away and sits beside Lake Carillon.

Guests also have access to:

The Neighborhood:

Carillon Beach is a gated Gulf-front community on the quieter western edge of Panama City Beach, just before the beginning of the 30A corridor. Its palm-lined streets, porches, pavilions, lake, village green, and private beach make it easy to spend much of your stay without getting back in the car.

Rosemary Beach is approximately three miles away, with the communities, restaurants, and shops of 30A within easy reach.

Good to Know:

Suncerre is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful and well-cared-for beach retreat.

The home is non-smoking and does not allow pets, parties, or events. Guests must observe Carillon Beach community rules and quiet hours.

Although Suncerre can accommodate up to six guests with the sleeper sofa, its compact cottage layout is especially comfortable for four adults or a small family.

PLEASE NOTE: Carillon Beach requires all vehicles to be registered prior to arrival. The registration fee is $42.50 per vehicle, plus processing fees, for a total of $44.08 per vehicle, and covers the duration of your stay. The fee is paid directly through Carillon Beach’s registration system. The primary guest will be asked to provide an email address so the community registration system can send the required vehicle registration link.
