On the ground floor is the bright, open-concept living and dining room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The open kitchen, equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From the living and dining area, you can step out onto the terrace, which invites you to enjoy the pleasant afternoon sun on Sylt. In the basement, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV, as well as the bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer. A private parking space is available on the property.
