The cozy Altstadttor 20 vacation rental welcomes you with 38 square meters of space spread over two floors. A staircase leads you to the first floor, where the vacation rental is located. Here, the bright, open living and dining room—complete with a sofa, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and dining table—invites you to relax. The wooden ceiling with its rustic beams creates a special atmosphere. The open kitchen, equipped with a four-burner ceramic stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The airy, naturally lit bathroom features a sink, shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The open and cozy bedroom, located in the attic, is accessible via an open staircase (no door to the room). It features a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a built-in closet.<br>A private parking space is available on the property.<br><br>The Altstadttor 20 vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay. da wir mit der Bahn anreisen, ist das Altstadttor ideal und alles andere ( ZOB, Fußgängerzone, Strand ... ) ist zentral und sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten dieses Mal das App. 20 und waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Abwicklung / Betreuung durch das Fineline Ferienagentur Sylt Team ist sehr gut. Das Team ist sehr nett und freundlich. Buchungen, Zahlungen, etc. werden umgehend schriftlich per E-Mail bestätigt. An- und Abreise-Informationen sind klar verständlich. Kundenzufriedenheit wird hier gelebt (z. B. während des Aufenthalts zusätzlich benötigte Wäschepakete, etc. sind jederzeit erhältlich). Das Team versucht in jeder Lage zu helfen und Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Praxis bzgl. der Abholung / Abgabe der Objektschlüssel funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Objekt haben wir bereits mehrfach gebucht, und würden es jederzeit erneut buchen. Einen weiteren Aufenthalt haben wir bereits geplant und gebucht. Die Größe und Ausstattung ist für unseren Bedarf optimal. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung funktioniert in jedem Bereich einwandfrei. Das Objekt liegt zentral in Westerland, die für uns wichtigen Punkte in Westerland sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Fußgängerzone, z. B. Friedrichstraße, ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Anlage "Altstadttor" ist für uns die erste Adresse in Westerland bei der Wahl einer Unterkunft. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zu jedem Objekt gibt es einen Parkplatz (welchen wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen benötigen), die optimal in die Anlage eingebunden sind. Die Anlage vermittelt eine ruhige, schöne und sichere Atmosphäre.
