This modern, 3-room, non-smoking apartment faces west towards Wattenweg, offering a particularly pleasant, light-filled atmosphere.
A small entryway leads directly into the open living area and the shower room. The bright living room is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The large French windows let in plenty of natural light and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The adjoining kitchen was completely renovated in 2022 and features high-quality appliances: an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator-freezer—ideal for guests who enjoy cooking for themselves while on holiday.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms:

An underground parking space is included with the apartment. You can access the building directly from the underground garage, and the lift takes you conveniently to the 2nd floor.
