On-site highlights include a spectacular, two-and-a-half-acre waterside escape that features an unprecedented array of water facilities from swimming pools, spas, a lazy river, a swim-up pool bar, and private cabanas. Within walking distance of your stay, have your feet in the sand, or enjoy excellent shopping opportunities at Barefoot Landing.



Meticulously decorated for a comfortable stay, the interior of Barefoot Livin' boasts an open layout - cooled by central air. The living room's sofas, including a brand-new sectional for additional seating, and a large smart TV lend themselves to cozy movie viewings. When hunger strikes, the fully equipped chef's kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.



A restful haven for the primary guests, the main bedroom boasts a large en suite bathroom complete with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The additional three bedrooms are just as inviting, all adorned with high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and personal TVs. The interior perks don't end there though! Also inside, discover a separate laundry room and children's games.



Outside, the covered patio offers a quintessential space to enjoy the sun and each other's company. An outdoor kitchen space is available here for sweet summer cookouts.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No motorcycles permitted on the property.

**Between Memorial and Labor Days, no guest parking at the Towers is permitted. Guests must park at the House. There is continuous shuttle service throughout the Resort neighborhoods to ensure guests can be picked up and taken to the Towers/pool/beach. No need to call the front desk - just stand outside until a shuttle arrives. Shuttle hours are from 8:30 am to 11 pm.

Great house and location. Very easy to get to. Had problem with air conditioner and it took several days for vacasa to get back with me. Luckily it was the last night we were there. Great house as long as you don’t need someone

Perfect home

I traveled with a group of 5 friends for a long weekend at the beach. This house was perfect for our group as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. This home was just what the family needed. The pictures in the listing are an accurate depiction of the property. Spacious living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location with just a short walk to the main resort (pools and beach). Our family would totally stay again.

Great location close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. House was nice with everything we needed. Great having the ability to be in a house but have access to the big resort pools next door and beach access. Every room had its own bathroom which was convenient. Would recommend

What a great house for a large group of friends. You can't always get a house that has a bathroom for each bedroom so this was a great perk for us. It was also really close to all the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

This was a great home for a large group. Having 4 and a half bathrooms was fantastic. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach/pool, and shuttles were fairly frequent if you didn’t feel like walking. There were several beach chairs provided (likely left by previous guests), but no beach towels. You can check out towels at the pool at the resort. Plenty of toilet paper/paper towels were provided, along with dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We found the interior of the home to be very clean, but the back patio could use some attention. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Icing on the cake would have been to have a swimming pool in the backyard, but the nearby amenities made up for that. Truly loved each bedroom having its own bathroom. A Five Star Experience!

A five-star experience! Our party of 8 were pleased with our stay! The patio was had an easily accessible outdoor kitchen with comfortable seating and a tv. The bedrooms were spacious with clean linen. There were plenty of areas throughout the house to escape to for privacy. We really like how responsive the owners were to our questions. I highly recommend this elegant home!
