Beach getaway

We celebrated my son’s 30th birthday and this was the perfect place to do it. The condo was clean and easy access to everything. The pool area and parking was perfect and we were right across the street from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and close to the beach. However, the description was inaccurate. It listed a washer/dryer in the building. However, it had been removed prior to our arrival and when we attempted to follow up with the host they simply referred to the internet description and accepted no responsibility. Just be sure to verify the amenities.

The unit was clean and tastefully decorated and in a quiet location close to the beach. However, the internet description was inaccurate. It stated that there was a washer/dryer on the premises. I learned on my own that they had been removed a while ago. Furthermore, a local representative from vacasa never responded to my multiple inquiries.

For clarification, the reservation details and website do indicate that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Unfortunately, if they were unavailable during your stay, this may have been due to maintenance or building-related work. Please note that VACASA does not have control over maintenance projects, closures, or changes conducted by the HOA or building management, including access to shared facilities. We also sincerely apologize for the lack of response from our local team. That is not the level of service we strive to provide, and your feedback will be shared internally to improve our responsiveness moving forward.
