Cosy living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, a covered balcony with an electric grill, and a stunning view of the harbour and the Schlei.
Kitchenette with induction cooktop, dishwasher (very quiet operation), fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
One bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a connecting room with a single bed (80x200 cm).
Bathroom with shower, toilet, and heated floors.

High chair and stair gate available.
Bicycle storage on the shipyard grounds.
Shared laundry room with reading corner, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated: €4 per load—€1 coins required).
