About this property

Apartment 'Nickel 2' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The apartments are located in a house that was built in 1870. The façade gives the house its unique character.

The apartment was renovated in 2020. High, bright rooms await you. The living room is the "center" of the apartment. From here you have direct access to the bathroom. The open kitchen leads to the bedroom.

The closet is to the right. We have made every effort to furnish the apartment to a slightly higher standard than usual. Our aim is to make you feel at home.

Our house used to be the office of a Dutch shipowner. Today there are three apartments in the house. The owners live on the second floor. There are two vacation apartments on the lower floor. Both have been adapted to modern standards in terms of layout and furnishings. We have attached great importance to making our guests feel at home.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pros: Wir waren im Juni 2017 in der sehr gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und mir Allem was man braucht ausgestattet! Wir sind sehr nett empfangen und "betreut" worden. Es lebt sich in Arnis sehr ruhig und beschaulich - Erholung pur! Einen Bäcker gibt es genau gegenüber der Wohnung und das Essen in den Restaurant war immer super! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros: Die Fewo ist einfach nur toll. Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ein großes schönes Sofa, sehr bequeme Betten, eine moderne neue Küche und ein wunderschönes Bad! Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und noch mehr! Ein herrlicher Garten, mit Gartenlaube und Sitzgelegenheiten, direkt an der Schlei gelegen! Ein Wort genügt: Spitze ! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen! Dass die Umgebung und das Wetter dann auch noch wunderschön waren, machte unseren Urlaub perfekt! Die Wohnung kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Danke an Familie Nickel für den traumhaften Urlaub, den wir bei Ihnen verbringen konnten!
