Spacious holiday apartment on the 2nd floor of the left building at the shipyard, right on the water with a magnificent view.
Large living/dining room with a balcony, a small rooftop terrace, and a fantastic view of the harbour and the canal.
Kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Two bedrooms with double beds—one with adjustable slatted frames (2x 90x200 cm) and one with non-adjustable slatted frames (2x 80x200 cm).
Spacious bathroom with shower, plus a separate guest bathroom.
Electronics: TV, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi.
Bicycle storage on the shipyard grounds.
Shared laundry room with a reading corner, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated: €4 per load—€1 coins required).
For a fee, you can moor a boat at the shipyard’s dock (werft.arnis@gmx.de).

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Hafen-Panorama verlebt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Platz und die Lage mit Ausblick auf die Schlei ist einfach toll. Der Blick aus der Utlucht ist einzigartig, hier lässt sich auch gut bei schlechtem Wetter verweilen. Die Geräusche der Werft über die Woche gehören einfach dazu, haben aber nie gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, schlechte Agentur

Ein Wäschepaket für 30 pro Person zu vermieten ist eine Unverschämtheit. Dies war weder auf der Website noch im Vertrag angekündigt. Die Betten mussten auch selbst bezogen werden: Haben wir eine Jugendherberge gebucht?Entgegen der Website gibt es keinen Stellplatz für jede Wohnung.Instabiles Internet/WLAN. Es sollte sich herumgesprochen haben, dass man auch im Urlaub arbeiten muss.
