So, a warm welcome to “Tu Casa Chiemsee.” A wonderful private retreat with a large terrace and a spacious, fully fenced-in garden (550 square metres) in a quiet location, yet centrally located within walking distance of the town centre, lake, beach, harbour, cafes, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, etc.
Inside, “Tu Casa” is furnished in a contemporary style and individually and cosily decorated with a few antiques and rare pieces. A true feel-good home with a special ambiance. Plenty of space inside and out, with windows in every room. The modern, open-concept kitchen (with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, range hood, induction stove, and microwave), combined with the living/dining area, is generously sized and features a wide glass front providing direct access to the patio and garden. View of the mountains. The house is suitable for any weather conditions, even when it rains. Free parking on the property, as well as a garden shed (bicycle shed). Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Location: centrally located in Gstadt, yet very quiet for maximum privacy, with partial views of the mountains. The garden and property are fenced in, making it ideal for dog owners and guests with small children. Just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre, lake, cafes, ice cream shop, restaurants, swimming beach, supermarket, bakery, tennis courts, bike and boat rentals, harbour, and steamboat pier (ferry to the islands). Mountains, mountain railways (ski lifts), and golf courses are approximately 13 km away. Public transport is within a few minutes’ walk.
All photos provide a very good general impression of the beautiful holiday home; however, the condition guests encounter upon check-in may differ in detail, e.g., different bedding, the location or specific pieces of furniture, plants, or the height of the grass in the garden, etc. The house is powered by 100% green electricity; hot water is provided by a solar thermal system (weather-dependent).
The host family has lived in the area for generations.
Children and babies are welcome. A travel cot is available, and all rooms have space to set it up. A high chair and a stair gate are also provided.
Dogs (up to the size of a Labrador) and cats are welcome as pets. Please enquire about other pets, different sizes, or more than two animals. Please add your pets to your booking.
