- Sutje [ˈzuːt͡ʃə] is Low German and means gentle, calm, laid-back, casual, and relaxed. Are you looking for holiday accommodation on the North Sea coast that invite you to relax with a large garden, proximity to the beach, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere? Then we look forward to welcoming you to Landhaus Sutje.
Nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by meadows, yet just a stone’s throw from St. Peter-Ording and Europe’s largest “sandpit”—a 12-kilometer-long sandy beach—lies our beautiful country house, where we run our six holiday apartments with great passion. Our large garden invites you to relax and unwind, and it also offers plenty of space for children to play and run around.
The natural beauty of the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park begins right at our doorstep, and the North Sea dike is just 500 m away. The famous Ording surf beach, just 2.5 km away, offers extraordinary experiences through countless activities on, in, and by the sea.
Discover endless expanses and indulge all your senses as you breathe in the North Sea air and feel the salt on your skin.
We put our heart and soul into running our holiday rentals in our old country house. We live in close harmony with nature, which is why we use building materials that are as eco-friendly as possible in our apartments. Of course, we use green electricity!
Our large garden is an oasis of peace for us and our guests, offering a place to recharge and regain energy.
The three holiday apartments on the upper floor range in size from 50 to 70 square metres and are very popular with families. The three smaller holiday apartments on the ground floor and in our annex all have their own terraces and are well-suited for couples. Dogs are welcome in these apartments.



On-site fees: Parking space, shared garden, playground equipment for children. Pets are welcome in the ground-floor apartments—Strandhütte, Im Grünen, and Surfspot—for a fee.
