Surrounded by old trees, this small—and therefore cosy—residential park, situated in a very quiet location, was completed in the spring of 2004. Listen to nature; hear the cockerel crow in the early morning or the “Rasender Roland,” which invites you to take a ride with every visual and audible signal.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the high street of the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz, which invites you to stroll among its many small cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. Lake Schmachter, with its new lakeside promenade, the Park of the Senses, and the magnificent Granitz beech forest, is perfect for hiking.

In Binz, you can enjoy more than just the beautiful sandy beach; the island of Rügen offers a wide variety of tourist attractions in every season.

All apartments feature a separate entrance, private parking spaces on-site, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are very well-appointed, featuring laminate, carpet, or tile flooring; a living room and kitchen area; in some cases up to 3 bedrooms; a bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub; and satellite TV. The kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment....

Pets are allowed for a fee (€10/night for lodging & €25/booking for pet cleaning), but with the following restrictions:

GRA Apartment 3:

A 3-room condominium with a separate entrance spanning two floors (1st floor and attic) in a multi-family building with a south-facing balcony, accommodating up to 6 people.




This 3-room apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is approximately 85 m² in size and is located on the upper floor. A spacious living area with a comfortable sofa bed—for the 5th and 6th guests—as well as two armchairs invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together. A flat-screen TV, stereo system, and DVD player are also provided.
The fully equipped kitchenette features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other useful appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The adjacent spacious seating area can accommodate up to 6 people.
There are two separate bedrooms: the first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, while the second bedroom features two comfortable sofa beds pushed together (which can also be separated), a recliner, and an additional flat-screen TV. The bathroom, which has a window, features a shower. The apartment includes a private parking space behind the house. This is a non-smoking apartment.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
