Perfect house for our family vacation!

We very much enjoyed meeting Annette and loved our stay at Haus Elizabeth in Seefeld. The home was the perfect size for us (family of 5), and it is in a great location to explore the Seefeld valley, an easy train up to Mittenwald and Garmish-Partenkirchen, and a short drive to the Innsbruck area. The town itself has everything we needed including nice grocery, restaruants and activities, all a very short walk away. The home was very clean and comfortable, and seems a perfect Austrian place. We will keep Haus Elizabeth (and Annette) in mind for our next trip there, as it helped to create great memories.

Very pleasant chalet

We (family of four) had a two week September holiday at Haus Elisabeth and very much enjoyed our stay there. The house was well presented and combined a good mixture of traditional Tyrolean features and modern convieniences. As commented upon elswhere the house was very clean and in a good location, including being relatively close to the the railway/lifts up to RossHutte and for transit to the airport, being only 25 minutes car journey from Innsbruck. The owners were very hospitable and helpful and take good care of the house. Many thanks for an enjoyable holiday.

Lovely chalet with Tyrolean welcome

Although the snow in the resort had gone by the time we arrived (which meant cross-country skiing was not really feasible) we still had a great week. Annette, the chalet owner who lives next door, was very helpful in suggesting alternative activities as was the tourist information office. There was a range of stunning walks to do instead.

Traditional and charming chalet with generous outdoor space

Mel M. Our family of four stayed for a week in August 2018. The owner Annette was warm and welcoming and provided us with plenty of information to cater for our specific needs, including our son's passion for downhill biking, Annette was also able to order local bread for us in the morning which was delivered to our door. Being local, the owners are very knowledgeable about the area. We found the venue very relaxing and practical and spotlessly clean and highly recommend it. Haus Elisabeth is one of the older chalets in this higher part of Seefeld and its traditional character and charm has been preserved by the owners, although it is also well equipped with modern bathrooms and furniture, sofa, tv., etc. The bedrooms and views of the mountains from the balcony are particularly lovely and we liked the traditional Tirolian dining area. There is plenty of outdoor space for sitting out in the sun or in shade, which is great for families with children and the added bonus of a full-size table-tennis table and opportunities for badminton, which was really great for our teenage children. Very flexible accommodation for a family of four. Our stay for an exceptionally warm summer involved swimming outdoors in the mountain lake Moserer See, a trip up the funicular and a walk down from the Rosshutte, and a dramatic gorge walk at Leutascher Geisterklamm, all pretty special experiences and ideal for a summer holiday. Seefeld is a great base for exploring the Tirol.

Das Haus Elisabeth ist ein schönes, gemütlich eingerichtetes u sauber geführtes Haus, indem wir 3 ältere Frauen sehr gut Abstand von unserem Alltag bekommen konnten! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Frau/Mann braucht! Die Betten sind sehr gut! Die Lage ist extrem ruhig und trotzdem ist das Zentrum des 'Dorfes' gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus. Die Vermieterin war überaus gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr sehr nett. Das die Vermieter mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, stört eigentlich überhaupt nicht. Man teilt sich den Garten, hat aber seine eigene Terrasse. Es gibt einen Grill und eine Tischtennisplatte. Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

Wir haben im Haus Elisabeth mit unserer Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub gehabt. Frau Moncher ist sehr darum bemüht, dass sich Ihre Gäste wohlfühlen: das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber, der Garten lädt beim Grillen zum Genießen und Entspannen ein, während die Kinder dort sehr gerne Tischtennis und Crockett gespielt haben, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen... - alles war bestens!

Wij hebben genoten van het fijne verblijf en de fijne ontvangst van Annette! Het huis is erg ruim en gezellig. Op loop afstand van het centrum, 10 minuten. De 2 skigebieden zijn binnen 5 minuten met de auto bereikbaar. In het dorp bevindt zich nog een prachtig zwembad en een schaatsbaan. Skigebieden zijn niet heel groot. Maar vooral voor beginners prima!

Haus Elisabeth hat keine Wuensche offen gelassen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, geraeumig aber dennoch gemuetlich. Es fehlte an nichts! Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Rosshuette. Annette war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir wuerden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist super. Es ist auch vieles an Gewürzen, Spülmittel etc. da, so dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Lage ist toll. Toller Urlaub.

A very comfortable and warm family chalet in an excellent location

This cabin is in great condition and has 3 good-sized bedrooms upstairs and a useful second shower on the main floor. The laundry was a real plus for the 6 adults and one infant in our party. Although we didn't need to use the cot it was good to know it was there. There is ample parking for two cars. The owners were very friendly, energetic and helpful, organising our cross-country ski passes in no time at all. We had a lot of fresh snow during our stay and they also kept the drive and front of the house clear of snow. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the appliances all modern and efficient. All in all we can recommend Haus Elisabeth very highly, and hope to return ourselves. Seefeld itself is a fabulous place for young families to have a winter holiday.

Great and well equiped house with big garden

Very nice chalet, well equipped, clean and lots of space for up to 6 adults. Big garden with garden-furniture. Private parking. Short walk to city-centre or cable car. The owner is very friendly and we had a perfect stay. Can surely recommend it. And when visiting Seefeld, the hike from Seefelder Spitze to Nördlingerhütte is really great, fantastic mountain scenery and great views; the hike can be extended by walking from Nördlinger hütte to Eppzileralm and then to Giesenbach-railstation where you can take the train back to Seefeld (7min). Comfortable chalet with fabulous views

We spent a fantastic week at Seefeld in Haus Elisabeth. The weather was perfect, with sunshine every day, resulting in leisurely breakfasts in the garden soaking up the wonderful scenery. The location of the house is ideal- peaceful and quiet with fabulous views, yet only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Seefeld. Annette could not have been more helpful. She arranged to pick us up from the bus stop in Seefeld, and came back to the chalet later to drop us at the supermarket so that we could stock up on some basic provisions. She provided lots of information leaflets in the chalet, and gave us a quick guided tour on our arrival day, pointing out some recommended places to eat. There is lots to do in and around Seefeld, and plenty cafes and restaurants for lunch and evening meals. We would highly recommend a summer holiday in Haus Elisabeth in Seefeld.

Lovely house in the Tirol

We stayed in Haus Elizabeth for a week in July. The house is very prettily furnished as shown in the photos and is spotlessly clean. It has a traditional style combined with modern facilities.The house is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Seefeld which is a nice Tyrolean resort with shops and restaurants. The owner, who lives next door could not have been more helpful both in the booking and helping us with hiking routes while we were there, not to mention the lovely birthday cake she made.. The weather was a bit mixed but we really enjoyed our holiday. Our last night at the Dorfkrug restaurant in Mosern was superb. Highly recommended. Thank you Annette.

Noel passé à "Haus Elizabeth"

Nous avons tout d'abord reçu un charmant accueil de la propriétaire de la "Haus Elizabeth". Le chalet est très agréable, bien conçu, très confortable avec une vue bien dégagée, du soleil toute la journée. Je recommande vivement cette location. We first received a lovely welcome from the owner of the "Haus Elizabeth." The cottage is very nice, well designed, very comfortable with an unobstructed view and sun all day. I highly recommend this property

Lovely cosy house with helpful owner

We stayed in Haus Elizabeth for a week in August. The house is very prettily furnished as shown in the photos and is spotlessly clean. It has a traditional style combined with modern facilities.The location is great for a short walk into the centre of Seefeld which is a nice Tyrolean resort with several shops and restaurants making it pleasant for an evening stroll. The owner, who lives next door could not have been more helpful both in the booking and preparation for the holiday and also while we were there. Highly recommended.
